SW Minnesota, Lyon County
Boomless ones are nice in ideal conditions. Mix in a slight wind and they are junk. I have both for my Ranger. I use the regular boom most of the time. I have one boomless nozzle that I use for spraying road ditches but conditions have to be right. I went to a Tractor Supply or some other farm store to get an idea for my booms. Make sure you have them spring loaded because you will eventually hit something. Also, make sure you don't hinge it where a nozzle needs to be.
