I occasionally use SAS still but have shifted much of our trial analysis to ARM from Gyllings. One time cost vs. yearly subscription. I still remember them giving us a demonstration of the PRM program back in the early 80s at the North Central Weed Mtg. Everything has come along way since then. ARM will handle the RCB, factorial, and split plot work we typically have.
