After you download it, you can modify it (I removed categories of flax, oats, etc) & then "SAVE AS" in your own Excel spreadsheet files. I find it a very handy spreadsheet. However, I wish it had "printable format" page also. Carl Hobbs made me spreadsheets years ago & provided that nice little touch.
