Southeast South Dakota | I have bought several refurbished laptops, and yes the battery that comes with it may not be as good (I keep mine plugged in all the time - so not a big deal)
Usually the 90 day warranty that they come with is plenty good (I have had warranty issues on one)
I usually am buying newer regular laptops (not toughbooks) and the ones that I have been buying absolutely look like brand new, I haven't bought an older one that has been refurbished.....
