IT varies more to corn and milo into plant than plant process. Most plants will guarantee a minimum 25-27%. Generally the protein out is about 3 times protein in [corn and milo] . Protein runs average between 27-32 %.

If protein is critical then test regularly by an independent [wash my mouth out].

Same subject--- oils will vary also. Another test that should be run.

There are some plants are more consistent, some that deals with local corn vs ship in.

The amount of % feed of DGS needs to match critter needs.
