Windows Movie Maker May already be on your XP machine depending how it was purchased. If I get a little free time I'll try and put something together to show you what can be done :-) It's what Canadian Sally used to make her Agtalk montage video on youtube. Click on start/programs/accessories and see if it is listed there. If not you can use Irfanview to make simple slideshows with music too.
