MW ON | I can do that for you, Essman. What kind of rice do you grow? In the grocery store I see all kinds of rice, just wondering what kind you produce.
Creamy Rice Pudding
Wash 1 cup rice, add a little water and bring toa boil. And 1 quart milk and bring slowly to a boil, simmering until milk is nearly absorbed, stirring accasionally. Add another quart of milk allowing this to slightly thicken.
Beat 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 tsp salt.
Add a bit of hot rice mix to the egg mixture and return all to the pudding. Add 3/4 cup raisins and 1 1/2 vanilla. Cook until thick. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
