I'd go with either the "linoleum" or a carpet with no pad. I would vote against the ceramic tile over a wooden floor in a laundry room. (My opinion) unless it is braced incredibly well when the washer and drier get to working there will be enough vibration to be a concern. Especially with such an inflexible surface as tile layed over more flexible surface such as wood.
