southern MN | I meant Works. Her computer came with Works, her other helper imported Office 2003 from the old computer, but didn't get it registered before the documentation disappeared.
I can download the file to the C: drive and open it in Works. It 'works' just fine. But she won't be able to handle that....
And yes, I've been down this path before with another person, they bough plastic CD cases, threw away the original paper sleeves (with serial #s) for their Office software.... Sigh. :)
