Not sure what Carl is talking about.  but SMS Basic can import soil result data and you can make prescriptions for fertilizer.  .csv files is what i use.

Basic can not do any Equations using the data but makeing plan jane VR maps is possible.  Then you can export them as shape files or what ever.

Not sure what the "for pay" version is either.
