| It feeds in like it is going to print, then just kicks it out and says "please remove the paper and re-insert it with the printable side facing down, then press OK"
There is print on both sided of the check, but I do have them face down.
SOMETIMES if I empty the paper tray and just put in checks it will work fine, but not all the time....and sometimes I will put in one check on top of the regular paper and it will work fine....and the next time it won't.
I figured I could not be the only idiot with this problem.
