If someone is banned ,does that mean by using a different identity is that identity also banned ? I assume it does unless it comes from a different computer ? Or is it dependent on the log on identity ?I think we have someone using more than one identity on market talk. If that person has not been banned, it would surprize me. He/she certainly should have been.
