I had to choose open and then choose one of my flv or swf compatible players.  Some of them allow me to save the file.

I tried to save the file directly to my desktop but that gave me nothing but a small file that wasn't the video.

thank you for all the suggestions.  tinypic is just different, but I did get my video.
