| A couple of things to try - since we don't know for 100% sure what file format we are dealing with....
1. Click on "problem set 1" and let the file open. Once open, look at the menu bar at the top of your screen, and tell us what program it is running in - this will be on the left end of the menu bar right next to the apple symbol. Also, try saving the file to your desktop or documents folder so we can determine the file type. If you can do this, see #2 below and start with Once downloaded.....
2. Right click on "problem set 1" and choose "download linked file" (if available) from the pop up menu. Once downloaded, right click on the file, choose "Get info" and then check the info window that pops up to see what kind of file it is. It will tell you in the Name & Extension section. Once we determine for sure what kind of file it is, we can go from there. | |
