I have the same 7000 watt inverter in my F150 powerboost (hybrid). Earlier this week, I had a guy running a sprayer and problem developed in the switch box to fold it. Grabbed a soldering iron and an extension cord and headed to the field. Plugged it into the bed outlet and fixed it in 3 minutes.

What I really like the inverter for is starting dead equipment. Just bring a battery charger and plug it in. With the hybrid the engine will start and stop periodically, but not run continuous. I had a dead tractor in the field late last fall when I first got the truck. Put the battery charger on one outlet and plugged the block heater into the other.

I haven't used the 220 plug yet.
