Subject: Slight? Screwup

New to me sprayer… but was finishing a field at end of day.
Corn planted, seed sprouted but only 1/4” and not near coming out of ground yet.

Went to south side of creek where I wanted to spray with the row. Put in my degree heading, checked my tires between the row, set the angle and sprayed about 40 acres.

90 foot booms. No tilled corn into soybean stubble. Top 1” is dry but moisture underneath.

Sprayer tracks went right on top of furrow… I can tell I compacted it. Big screw up? Small? Good rain in 4-5 day forecast chances.

Figured it out of course when I folded up to go home. What day agtalk besides I was too lazy to get out and check before I finished that many acres….
