Wondering if it is possible to reprogram an 8000 series transmission to downshift when stopped?
They default to 7th gear on startup.
They automatically downshift when clutching and slowing on the road.
As in, they shift to the speed that matches the traveling speed, all of the way to 13 if necessary.
Seems like they should downshift to 8th or even 7th when stopped.
Currently running in 10th gear when planting.
When I stop, 8th gear is desirable to get rolling again.
It would be nice for it to automatically go to the default 7th gear, at this point.
