Slowly in the process of putting up high tensile fence. On the level been using a chalk line to keep the posts inline (pain in the butt).  How do I go over a knoll and keep my post in a straight line where I can’t see my corner post on the opposite end?  Need to do this in 2 places.

No I don’t have high end guidance.

I haven't read the other posts and not being able to picture your current fence method/type makes it difficult but here's a couple of idea's that may or may not work for you.
Tie a high tensile wire to each end post of the fence and tighten it. Go to the top of the knoll and lift the wire and drop it several times until it aligns itself. That will give you a straight line.
OR
Walk to the top of the knoll and eyeball down the line of posts you've already put in and bang in a steel marker post there, in line with the fence. That will give you a marker on top of the knoll to work toward.
