North Central Ohio | You may want to try doing a hard reset on the ez guide 500. To do this you will simply unplug the 500. Then hold all three of the buttons on the left side of the screen. While holding them, plug it back in. The loading bar will start scrolling across, it will get all the way across then start back over and move across very slowly. At this time you can release the buttons. Note: you will want to right down all your vehicle measurements and anything else you want to know as it will completely reset the unit. Hope this helps.
