Northern Nebraska | I guess if you want to erode a giant Canyon in the middle of your own property more power to you. But I'm guessing that the state has a little more dominion over your property than you like to think.
Edit added. The purpose of my post was for farmers to solve this on their own so we don't need to worry about the government taking our agency away. So I'm pro property rights.
