Apparently the crafters around here have figured out that all that wood they have been making crafts out of has lead paint on it. I would think the entire elevator could be a toxic waste dump. Not sure what chemicals they might have used to treat grain over the years. Some of them were a little potent.

I would think that after all these years that any chemical they used to treat rusty grain beetles would be long since degraded to nothing. Phostoxin was only effective for a limited time after applied to the grain.
