You mentioned that there is a Gen 3, is the 20/20 monitor showing the populations? Or does the 20/20 only control downforce? If the 20/20 is running the planter populations then you will need a FieldView Module (they are sold by Precision Planting, contact your dealer if you don't already have a FVM). The iPad running your Cab App will need to be connected by a USB cable to the FVM and you will not need a FieldView Drive while connected to the 20/20.

While you are waiting for the FVM you can still paint a coverage map. Opne the Cab App, go to equipment and change the setup of your planter. Look for the rate controller and change it to Incompatible Rate Controller. Then when you go to plant the Cab app will ask what population you are planting at and there will be a start/stop button near the bottom of the map screen. The Cab APp will automatically stop painting coverage when you drive over a section that you have already planted so you don't need to tap the button at the beginning and end of each pass, just when you get into the field and before leaving it.
