Have a tyler 24 ton fertilizer box on a semi trailer. Has the horizontal auger on the bottom and a vertical auger. Was spreading some potash yesterday and it seemed like it wouldn't take fertilizer as fast as it should. Bottom auger kept binding up. My guess is that the hydraulic motor that runs it may be going bad, because even running it without fertilizer in it, it seems to run slow. Is my thinking correct on this?
