This past harvest we was in a very dry summer. Sub 100 bushel corn a lot of places. Corn didn’t mature right and the stalks didn’t smash good. Ended up with the stalks angled the direction of harvest. If your planter is the same width as your corn head it wouldn’t be a problem. Otherwise I had lots of stalks jabbing into places on the planter. Normal year is great afterwards
