open notepad, copy what's below into notepad, click on File, select Save As, change Save as type, change Text document (*.txt) to All files (*.*), name file reset time.bat,click on save.  Note, save in root directory (C:\reset time.bat) or desktop.  Then all you have to do is double click on it and it will sync with the Internet.  You could put the reset time.bat in your startup folder and when you start your computer it would reset the time too.

OR, you could replace the CMOS battery.

w32tm /resync
echo sync complete





Going to have to try this. the CMOS battery fixed the sluggish issue but im still losing time.
