Towerpoint and Landmark were the 2 that gave written offers to us.
The tower on ours is the 3 guidewires type, with an elevated access road and building. I think the lease states something like 3 acres but it's much less than that but does break up the field which isn't problematic for us since it's in crp.
What are other rural leases bringing out there? Anyone know or care to share?
