Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I got a second notice and it looked very official. There was a help number which I called. The lady asked for a code number on the notice. She knew my address and phone number but not my name.
She assured me that my Social Security Number had not been asked for. I went online and filled out the survey which asked some fairly personal questions about my living situation and finances. I got pulled some numbers out of the air and completed it. It did not ask for my Social Security Number this time.
It asked about Internet Access and a few other things. |
