I was asked planting intentions and grain in storage. I gave correct answers for myself. I didn't include the share of one of my landlords that was also in the bins on his farm.
I was not asked if any of the grain was sold or when I intended to haul it.
About a third of what I reported as on-farm stocks has been hauled off the farm at this point, and a portion of that went to an ethanol plant and is surely processed by now.
Make of that what you will. I don't know how honestly others answer the survey, but that number is more than enough for a representative sample if the answers are honest. | |
