sw corner ia. | those rhizomes are stronger than you think. have tried the same trick no luck. best thing for me has been plow in spring let dry a couple days, field cult several times several days in between passes. after harvest plow it again, if weather is dry enough repeat the fc trips. after a few years (if dirt is well drained to begin with) it will calm down but you have to keep at it.
wash tillage tools completely after this or you will spread it everywhere else. | |
