Agreed. We have been fighting this since the inception of RFS2 (approximately 2007-08).
The blame should be squarely on the CARB ruling. They adopted the Greet modal based on false claims by California researchers with a bias against US corn production.
I really can't believe it's taken this long to finally revise. It's no wonder our politicians all retire as millionaires. There are lots of under the table deals made that make no sense.
