How does this make sense? Ukraine selling to China or China buying from Ukraine. China was supporting Russia monetarily. I really think Ukraine doesn't need our money but not going to turn their nose up from a free handout. Here in the US we sit on a pile of grain and no use for it. Have grain in bin, but using RLOC to pay income taxes is not fun. Waiting for a f-ing weather scare.



China buying is lower than last year.

Ukraine's #corn exports to China are substantially below last year. Why? Smaller supplies and exports are rerouted to the EU, which became the #1 destination after the bloc lowered the import barriers. The result is smaller shipments to the EU from Brazil. But Brazil sells more to China, and Beijing buys less from US farmers. This is how global trade works, folks, whether you like it not.
