oregon | I've had this phone for about 6 months. I've been thinking about using one of those Password Manager apps to store my passwords but have not yet done so. The other day, after growing weary and frustrated about my passwords, a small pop-up on the screen asked if I wanted for XYZ (I can't recall the app) to store my passwords. I absent-mindedly pushed "yes" and that App disappeared from my screen. I've looked around my phone and can't find anything. I'm wondering if I got scammed. I'd appreciate any help on this. In the meantime, I've quit using my phone for things that require a password. Thanks for looking at this.
edit add: I'm typing this on a desktop. My son added a new laptop to my account 2 weeks ago, and linked it to my phone. I'm assuming this desktop might be linked as well. Could a nefarious app affect all of my devices? Getting kind of paranoid here.
