North End I-15 | Was the first I was ever around . 1965 model . sold it to a small farmer down the road a piece. It sits along side I-15 on the bottom of the marias . I always shedded it . Wife called it Ernie Deere , I had rebuilt it from front to back several times. finally when I started welding patches on the patched patches I decided it was the last rebuild for it. Had 10 acres on new rub bars , precision bored concaves , new chaffer , blocks , elevator chains , feeder chain , and the list goes on . Sat 10 years in the shed and sold for $1500 . Sold the pickup header for $500 with a Renn pickup. The quick change header was a blessing compaired to the MF 92 and Case 1060 . when we switched from straight cut to windrows it was always a days job to change out the other two machines . 15 minutes top to changw the JD105. The Case was a year newer machine but no quick detatch header. So answer to question ? I don't know but the 1965 sq back JD's in 95 and 105 were quick to change. | |
