I wonder if your Apex needs updated, you can go to Help and check for updates.
May need to do this multiple times if you're far behind on Apex updates

I’m not sure it’s supported to do the backup to operations center anymore.
Can you select “create backup so my dealer can upload” or however it’s stated?
Or essentially I’m not sure if the online backup is still active or the offline upload option but that way might be worth a try. |
