I have & use Outlook Express 6.  Lately whenever I send email attachments, I am prompted for a password.  This does not happen if I send just a text email, and I'm sure it's probably a safety mechanism to keep unauthorized transfer of files etc. 

My question is....can this be dismantled, unchecked, disengaged or whatever you want to call it so I don't have to type the password?  It's not a major pita, but just an irritation of sorts.
