NW IA | Too bad Deere quit making the early harness for those. I switched our early 3020d over to the later harness last year. Wanted to keep it original, generator and all, but ended up having a later push button start instead of the key start. Ended up having to replace the key switch, and light switch as well. After all that, I think I could have made my own harness that would have been as good as a factory harness. Still consider it at times when I have to push that start button. I wonder what Deere was thinking when they went from a key start to a push button. I guess they figured it out since the 4430's and later were back to the key start. | |
