Left click on the "OPEN WITH" option.
Left click on the last option, "CHOOSE DEFAULT PROGRAM".
A pop up window appears with suggested programs. The Word Viewer application may show up here; if it does not, you will have to browse to the folder where it is installed and find the Executable program file and select it. IMPORTANT: there is a box with an option to check to ALWAYS USE THIS PROGRAM to open files of this type. If you check that box, she should not have any problems in the future, just clicking on the attachment should open it.
