The specs are as good as typical full sized laptop a couple of years old, they can do practically all you could want.
Check the battery life - some models are not that good but the samsung will run 6 hours or more - it depends on how many cells in battery unit mainly.
You can download a variety of applications to make better use of the limited screen size.
