I’d be looking for a different lender if he won’t hear you out.
I’ve said it several times before but if you can find a small enough bank that you can sit across the desk from the owner you will be more likely to be successful explaining your situation vs what some spread sheet makes you look like to a office in a far off land that makes the decisions.
