My parents live in a big house with big copper pipes. They have 3 under sink small water heaters. They work very well. I plumbed them in so they get water from the cold supply but have valves to open to the hot water pipes from the basement if a lot of hot water is needed. It can be a little tricky to get power under the sink. The small heaters are 110.
