NE Iowa | Anyone on here ever spent any significant time around a high level exec with a company such as JD? I have. Generally speaking, the good ones rise to the top because they are good. They are great judges of character, situations, human nature and keep an amazing number of balls in the air and really think about things on a different level.
They wouldn't be getting paid what they are getting paid if the next company down the road wouldn't be willing to pay them something similar - it's called the free market.
If someone thinks it isn't fair or is unjustified, then buy a share and go to the annual stockholders meeting and share your opinion.
