If you have uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage on your policy, that should cover if not your fault and at fault driver has no coverage. Ask your agent if you have UM/UIM coverage on your policy. If you don't have the coverage ask him why not and also ask who his errors and omissions coverage is with.
