Southeast Colorado | My poor (now 28 year old) daughter had a rude awakening when she went to college. We used that "fartin around" saying so much here she thought it was just every day language. Her room mates weren't too impressed at the beginning but thought she was hilarious. They actually had a white board in their room where they wrote all of the odd things our daughter said. We thought it was great when they showed it to us at visitation. That's the kind of stuff that happens when you let us farm folks loose in the city! | |
