Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | You have to have landlords who understand the risk. In poor years they don't get any bonus but in good years they will make more than they would have. It averages out over time. Reduces my risk on poor years and gives them a bonus on good years. Like I said, you have to do it with landlords who understand that.
Almost no share rent anymore around here. Most of my landlords want a steady guaranteed base income but are willing to have a little more in the good years.It's not for everyone. |
