It averages out over time. Reduces my risk on poor years and gives them a bonus on good years. Like I said, you have to do it with landlords who understand that.
Almost no share rent anymore around here. Most of my landlords want a steady guaranteed base income but are willing to have a little more in the good years.It's not for everyone. |
