Took in my soybean weight tickets and asked if I needed to sign for 2nd payment in December for MFP. The lady says "we don't know yet if there will be a second payment ". I told her the Ag secretary said there would be 2 weeks ago, it headlined the farm papers. She says " us worker bees are the last to know".....So no other farmers have asked???? Weird.
So at FSA today I ask...
