Altoona, WI | Now do you really think that is a fair thing to do? Returning worn out pants after two years of use and getting credit for them? That no bull warranty is intended to cover their products if they do not meet expectations for fairly high priced and high quality items. I do not believe it is intended for people to buy one pair of pants and keep getting them replaced for life. Getting two whole years of use out of a pair of pants, worn on a typically tough job site such as a farm, more than meets most expectations I would guess.
It is cases like this that will eventually lead to this company weakening the guarantee and ruining it for all of us. I just find it mind boggling that I read so many posts on AgTalk of farmers complaining (rightfully so in my opinion, just to be clear) about welfare abusers riding the gravy train, yet see so many that will admit to stuff like this.
