I normally buy when it's big.  I never think of it otherwise, so I guess I'm not an addict. 

If I won, I wouldn't have a farm payment.  but I'd still farm.  I would let my wife quit her job so she could stay home and help me and take care of the kids.  I may buy a place in a warmer climate for a couple of winter months.  I'd help some close family out.  Set them up so they could at least eliminate any personal debts.  Probably donate quite a bit.  First thing I would do after paying my debts would be to invest it and just draw off the interest.
