What no one has figured out is that no Lottery winner has blew it all on farmground.
Put Wilder Farms to shame, and rent it all out to a bunch of guys and gals trying to get started in farming. Where Wilder went wrong is they tried to not only manage it all, but they also tried to farm or ranch it all themselves. Managing it is a full time job in itself, no use getting swamped with daily operations.
Making hundreds of dreams come true would be rewarding enough.
That’s what I’d do if I suddenly had an unthinkable amount of money. I could live really well even with low returns and hiring some people to manage things.
