I dunno, in all honestly, those bins aren't that large. And in another 10 years, they will be even smaller. Once you start getting into commercial grade bins that are 70,000 bushels plus, the cost starts going down. Unless the deal would get you to be able to buy the land surrounding the bins in the future and this is just a warm up for the landowner, I certainly would pass.
