I have been very happy with my DeWalt saw. It costs a lot more than a "week-end warrior" Skill or Black & Decker saw but I think it is worth the extra money. I know some contractors who really like their worm drive DeWalt saws. The worm drive DeWalt saw is too much money and too heavy for me.
